The Park South Family YMCA provides swim lessons in a fun and safe environment for youth and adults, as well as aquatics exercise classes. Class size is determined by safety factors as well as age of participants and is closely monitored to insure safety.

We offer the following advantages with our new swim lessons:  Small class size which insures more one-on-one interaction with each child and promotes social growth for the kids.

Summer Sessions
  June 7 - June 17
  June 21 - July 1
  July 5 - July 15
  July 19 - July 29
  August 2 - August 12

WATER FITNESS CLASSES

These classes combine aerobics with muscles strengthening using some equipment in the water to give the resistance that is needed to give a complete and full body workout.  Knowing how to swim is not required to participate in this class.  These classes are absolutely FREE to YMCA members.  A per class fee is charged to non-members.  See the schedule for class days and times.
