Personal Fitness Program
On the last Wednesday of each month individuals are able to sign up to commit to a personal fitness program. In a group, fitness assessments are given based on the results from individual assessments personal fitness programs are c reated. Individuals are given a f ive week check up where fitness programs may be updated. At ten weeks individuals that have maintained their commitment will repeat the fitness assessment to compare how they did initially.
*Members have one 1 hour personal training session.
*Members are able to advance to second and third rounds of PFP.
Stanford Healthy Lifestyle Program
This 22 session program is offered to those who have an intense need to make behavioral changes, but are having difficulty doing so. One on one interviews are required to determine eligibility for this program.
